We Return!
Yes, its been a little while since our last show, but we’re taking the new year with a vengeance. We play tomorrow night (that’s Friday) at the Brillobox. We’ll be playing some new tunes as well as playing behind Molly Alphabet as she debuts her new CD. Also the very talented Pete Bush will be joining us on bass. Featuring additional awesomeness from City Dwelling Nature Seekers and The Slow Reel. Everything is new. Anything is possible. Get Pumped.
Goodnight 2011…
Happy New Year. 2011, you’ve been a good year for The Big Bend — we played tons of great shows with tons of great bands, released the album “For Everyone,” and capped it all off by being named as one of WYEP’s Top 5 local bands! Check it out: http://www.wyep.org/music/yir/2011/local/
So many thanks to everyone who came out to a show, or bought a CD, or said something nice, or any of the many other things that make being a musician awesome. We appreciate it.
Now, onward to 2012!

Some News n’ At
Hey we had a blast playin w/ Nik and The Central Plains Friday! It was drunk and crazy, and Dan sat in a chair on stage the whole night and melted everyone’s face off. Next up: Playin’ at Howler’s with The Slow Reel on Oct 6th…OH and cool photos from Rock The Block are up!
Our Daniel’s Back and You’re Gonna be Sorry…
Also making his glorious return to the Steel City, is the mythic-sweed-folk-blues-twang-rocker Nik Westman (and his centralized plains.) It’s gonna be awesome. BE THERE.
